What is BuildTrack?
BuildTrack is a construction-management platform designed to connect project teams, site workflows and project information.
Why do different users see different tools?
BuildTrack uses role-based workspaces so the available features can match project responsibilities and permissions.
Why can’t I see a project?
Your account may not yet be assigned to that project, your project role may be inactive, or permissions may need to be corrected by the project administrator.
Where can I learn how to use a feature?
Open the Help Centre and search the name of the feature or your BuildTrack role.
Where do I download BuildTrack?
Use the Downloads page. Public store buttons should only be activated after the app listing is live.
How do I report a problem?
Use the Support page and include your role, project context, the error message and a screenshot where possible.
